The base rate includes a sole use license, which allows for you to use the music as an accompanying asset in your content, and no other 3rd party. This does not allow you to upload, distribute, or monetize the work as a standalone piece of music. No ownership of the work is transferred in the transaction, and I retain the right to distribute and monetize the music. The base rate includes 50% ownership of the master recording. Buyouts or other splits are accepted, but will be reflected in the upfront rate. Publishing splits will depend on the contributions of involved parties.
+ I have the right to decline any project for any reason.+ Base rates are subject to change based on the needs of the client's project. If the project's scope changes after the rate has been agreed upon, a new rate must be agreed upon.+ 50% of the payment must be paid upfront, with the remaining 50% paid before the final delivery.+ For any songs where the ownership of the master recording is split between the client and I, the client is responsible for delegating the appropriate amount of revenue earned from the music. In the case of digital distribution, it is recommend to use a distributor that includes automatic splits to make this process easier.+ Revisions are accepted within reason. Depending on the progress of the project, major revisions may incur additional fees.+ Deadlines will always be respected, but in the case where a delay is inevitable, you will be informed as soon as possible. I am not responsible for any delays caused by the (in)actions of the client.
